The structure of the machine is really MONOBLOC (the basement is made up of one single welded piece) and this solution makes the machine be extremely sturdy and precise for producing all the stone products used in the constructions.          About the utilization, the machine is very easy to use both in manual mode (directly by the touch-screen push button panel and using practical manipulators) and in the automatic mode thanks to the use of a CAD-CAM software. The load bearing beam single-beam is made of very thick steel, the saw-blade holder, the bridge and the up and down movement of the blade slides on ball recirculation shoes ensuring high precision and speed.               The system is low noise and totally protected by bellows in order to avoid that dust and water spray compromise the long life of the bridge cutting machine. Precision in the movement of the axes is obtained through FAGOR BRUSHLESS motors managed by digital servo through optic fibre and high precision reducers. On X and Y axis we use coupling of grinded gears and racks with limited clearance, in Z axis a ball recirculation screw and on A and C axis special zero backlash gearbox. We take a lot of care of the varnishing: sandblasting with an immediate treatment of varnishing with a zincing base before the workings. After the workings, washing and double varnishing.
