The load bearing beam single-beam is made of very thick steel, the saw-blade holder, the bridge and the and down movement of the blade slides on ball recirculation shoes ensuring high precision and speed.                     The system is low noise and totally protected by bellows in order to avoid that dust and water spray compromise the long life of the bridge cutting machine. Precision in the movement of the axes is obtained through Fagor brushless motors managed by “Digital-Servo” through optic fibre and high precision reducers. On X and Y axis we use coupling of grinded gears and racks with limited clearance, in a ball recirculation screw and on A and C axis special zero backlash gearbox.
