AUTOMATIC GRINDING AND POLISHING MACHINE FOR MARBLEAND GRANITE mod. “TL 35” Machine entirely built in Italy, with materials and components of the highest quality. The electrowelded steel beam is dimensioned to give the structure solidity and stability, ensuring the absence of vibrations at every stage of machining, even the most heavy.
The movement of the trolley is carried out by means of motor gear by means of fixed inclined toothed racks, on “V” oil bath guides. The movement of the bridge is carried out by means of motorgear by means of angled toothed racks rectified with a recirculating ball bearing on the control side and the bearings resting on the opposite crossbar.
The up and down movement is guaranteed by a chrome-plated tube that flows inside a cast iron casting, actuated by two pneumatic cylinders, adjustable in pressure and backpressure. In the standard version, the machine is provided for polishing only, calibration requires the clamping unit (optional).
Thanks to the new patented polish-plate pressure control system, now it is possible to obtain specular finish also for materials which were previously considered as difficult ones. We take a lot of care of the varnishing: sandblasting with an immediate treatment of varnishing with a zincing base before the workings. After the workings, washing and
